This sweet, perfectly mannered boy is currently being treated for a skin infection that was allowed to go untreated for far too long by his previous owners. The good news? He’s healing beautifully, and as he feels better each day, his wonderful personality is shining through. Oreo loves his people, enjoys the company of other dogs, walks beautifully on a leash, and is perfectly housebroken (uses pee pads and goes outside ).
