Meet Lt. Dan! ❤️ This incredibly special boy was saved in the nick of time from the euthanasia list at the shelter, and we couldn’t let his story end there. Lt. Dan was born with a genetic deformity that left him unable to use his back legs, but don’t tell him he’s different—because Lt. Dan certainly doesn’t know it! 😊 He is smart, confident, affectionate, and full of personality. He gets along wonderfully with both cats and dogs and absolutely LOVES to play. Watching him play like a little pro wrestler, you would never know that he has any limitations! He uses his litter box appropriately and is a happy, loving boy who simply wants to enjoy life and be with his people. Now Lt. Dan is looking for someone truly special who will love him, care for him, and see the amazing cat he is—not what makes him different. He may need some extra accommodations and care, but he has so much love, personality, and happiness to give in return. Lt. Dan deserves a forever family who will embrace him exactly as he is and show him that being different never means being less deserving of love. ❤️
