Wendy

Wendy aka Luna is the cutest little Maltese you will ever meet! She is about 6 years young and weighs in at 11lbs. She can be a bit shy at first and will need to go to a quiet all adult home with someone who is patient and will go slow with her. Wendy likes to go on her leash walks and since she is a smart little girl she has become really good at walking on the leash. Wendy definitely needs to go to a home with another small dog to show her the way. She is wee wee pad trained but will also go to the bathroom outside. Wendy sleeps through the night in the foster mom's bed and can hold it until morning. Wendy has a slight eye twitch and a front leg twitch that the vets have determined most likely are the residual effects of having distemper as a puppy. That said the twitches are barley noticeable and do not seem to affect her one bit. She will bark when left alone and likes to be with her "people" so she would probably do better with someone that is around during the day. No apartments for this beautiful girl. Wendy is currently on a special diet for urinary tract health.
